Earn up to 35% on every Floqal sale you bring

You may apply if you are not currently a paying Floqal customer, are not promoting a competing product as your primary business, and accept that Floqal will evaluate the alignment of your audience with our products before approving your application. Approval is at Floqal's discretion.

Approved partners earn a 10% baseline commission on every verified sale they bring to Floqal. Partners with strong distribution, agency volume, or named-account leverage may negotiate a higher rate up to 35%, agreed in writing before any qualifying sale. A sale is considered verified when payment clears and the order is fulfilled. Commissions are not paid on refunded orders, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

A partner is credited with a customer for 30 days from the moment the customer first enters their referral code at checkout. If the customer purchases within this window, the partner earns commission. After 30 days, the attribution expires and the customer is treated as a direct customer of Floqal.

Each approved partner receives a unique referral code. The customer enters this code in the dedicated field on the Floqal checkout page. We currently confirm referrals manually. Once the partner program reaches a critical mass, we will move to an automated tracking tool and will notify partners of any change in advance.

Commissions are paid 30 days after the verified sale, once the refund window closes. There is no minimum payout threshold. Payouts are sent in USDT TRC20. Partners are responsible for providing a valid wallet address and for any taxes due in their jurisdiction.

Partners agree not to use spam, deceptive claims, or paid advertising that misrepresents Floqal's products. Partners may not impersonate Floqal staff, harass prospective customers, or contact users in violation of platform rules. Partners may not bid on Floqal brand terms in paid search without prior written approval. Self-referrals and immediate-circle referrals void the commission and may result in account closure.

Each referral code is personal to the partner who received it. Sharing the code with another person, transferring it, or using it for self-purchases is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending commission balance.

Either party may end the partner relationship with 30 days written notice. Floqal may terminate immediately for a clear breach of Sections 6 or 7. Upon termination, any earned commission balance for completed verified sales will be paid out on the normal 30-day cycle. No further commissions accrue after the end date.

The Floqal name, logo, and any product names are the property of Floqal. Partners may reference these names in promotional content but may not register domains, social handles, or trademarks containing the Floqal name, and may not modify the Floqal logo. Floqal may request takedown of any partner-created material that misrepresents the brand.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication between the partner and Floqal. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the jurisdiction is the legal venue of Floqal's registered headquarters. Floqal reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
